A View To A Cure
Initially presented during their annual fundraising event, this piece has been used to generate revenue for research, educate and raise awareness for the foundation. The main intent of this video is to educate the audience on important facts about Type 1 Diabetes and to illustrate how the disease affects children and their families. We talked with children, teenagers and parents about the disease’s symptoms, treatment and the overall impact it has on one’s life. We chose a fresh, clean approach letting those who live with these daily challenges to create the narrative while adding in important hard facts through dynamic text graphics.
This project taught us a lot about Type 1 Diabetes, but overall it left us humbled and impressed by the courage and perseverance displayed by these children and their loved ones.
