Downtown Cleveland Alliance – Ruth Ratner Miller
Dr. Ruth Ratner Miller was an iconic businesswoman and a civic leader who helped to initiate Cleveland’s modern renaissance. Passion and commitment to the community was at the core of Ruth’s work. She broke glass ceilings before anyone thought of the term. Her impact on Cleveland and most importantly the people who live here is difficult to describe in words, and that is why Downtown Cleveland Alliance is honored to carry on her extraordinary legacy with the Ruth Ratner Miller Award.
